Rockwell College leaving cert students received brilliant results on Friday

Tipperary boarding school Rockwell College celebrated their student's terrific Leaving Certificate results on Friday morning, with nearly half of all the students receiving more than 500 points.

The famous school on the outskirts of Cashel also had an impressive number of students who achieved 600 points and they highlighted the brilliant achievements.

A total of 90 students from Rockwell sat the exams this year, and their dedication has been rewarded with exceptional outcomes, most notably, David Marshall who achieved a perfect score of 625 points, securing seven H1’s.

Rockwell College Principal Audrey O'Byrne praised the students for their hard work, stating; "Yet again, our students have delivered outstanding results, and this is a direct reflection of their consistent effort.

"Our teachers ensure that every student is thoroughly prepared to sit their exams, and these results are a testament to that focus. We are very proud of all of our students and what they’ve achieved."
