Barking Mad Dog Show in Holycross Village this weekend

We are ready, are you? It’s a favourite, The Barking Mad Novelty Dog Show this Saturday, July 27, from 12 to 3pm.

Our chosen, charity this year is AADI- Autism Assisted Dogs Ireland, which will receive the proceeds from registration fees.

We are going a step further, tickets for Complimentary Food will be offered at the entrance by The Market Team, and a voluntary donation bucket for AADI will be available at the food counter.

With seven categories to consider, rosettes, bows and great prizes will be on offer.

It’s €3 per entry, €5 for two categories and €2 for each additional category. Joe of Premier Waggs Dog Grooming, Thurles will judge again this year and will also select an overall show winner.

A great day promised, with live music from the talented Ava.

Lots of unique art and crafts, cut flowers plants, shrubs and garden advice.

With plenty of seating,  it’s an ideal afternoon to visit us and Holycross Village to enjoy a coffee or tea and some delicious homemade bakes, cakes and treats.

Amongst the 30 traders, we are delighted to welcome student traders again this month and applaud them and their enterprises.  Student spaces are free.

The big hamper raffle supports the market and is always popular with visitors.

See you all there!
