BREAKING: Planning lodged AGAIN to turn popular Tipperary pub lounge into bookmakers

Planning has been lodged again to turn a popular Tipperary pub lounge into a bookmakers, it has been revealed. 

The application was previously refused by Tipperary County Council.

Boyle Sports 2 Unlimited Co has lodged another application for planning permission to Tipperary County Council for the change of use from licensed premises, known as Brian Boru lounge at 49 Main Street, Cashel, to a bookmakers to include internal alterations, extension to rear, external signage and associated siteworks.

The development address is at Brian Boru, 49 Main Street, Cashel, county Tipperary.

The council has until August 28 to make a decision.
