BREAKING: Planning lodged for the change of use of a former B&B in Tipperary

Planning has been lodged for the change of use of a former B&B in Tipperary.

Nua Healthcare Ltd has made the application to Tipperary County Council for the change of use of a former bed and breakfast establishment to provide a residential care facility accommodating one staff and eight service users within a nine bedded facility.

The development address is at Rathellen House, Raheen, Golden.

The develop also consists of a 25 sqm garden room, minor alterations to existing northeast (side) and southeast (rear) facades and roof, provision of landscaping, and waste and surface water drainage works and all associated site works.

The council has until September 29 to make a decision.
