Nenagh District gardaí patrolling Scariff seized these two vehicles earlier on Tuesday.
The Mini ONE was seized after gardaí discovered no insurance.
Another car was seized under the Clancy Amendment as the driver was a learner driver driving unaccompanied with a number of children on board.
Gardaí added: "Court to follow."
