Council has closed a road in west Tipperary temporarily for a month

The R505 at Cappawhite has been closed to facilitate the laying of services
Tipperary County Council has temporarily closed the R505 road at Cappawhite for a month to facilitate the laying of services.
The road was closed at 7am yesterday (Tuesday, January 2) and will remain closed until Friday, February 9.
Alternative routes are in place via the: L-1159 Cappawhite to Four Cross Roads and L-1156 Four Cross Roads to Toem / Doon road.
