Clonoulty Rossmore

A community heritage day celebrating Rossmore Clonoulty’s rich history, in partnership with Tipperary Studies will be held on Thursday August 21 from 11am to 3.30am at Rossmore Community Centre.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a living archive of our shared past through engaging activities. Participate in our oral heritage collection, recording your stories, memories, and folklore for future generations. Help us map local placenames, preserving the unique names of fields, lanes, and landmarks.
Enjoy a captivating slideshow of old photographs, reconnecting with familiar faces and places from bygone eras.
We also invite you to bring along family mementos, old photographs, or documents to share your personal connections to the area’s history. Every memory and item helps weave the fabric of our community’s heritage, and all contributions are welcome.
