Well done to the Sixth Year Amber Flag representatives of the Ursuline who recently organised a healthy breakfast morning for their fellow Leaving Certs.

There was loads to fuel up with including fruits, breads, jams, juices, toast, cereals and of course tea and coffee.

It was a lovely opportunity for the students to sit and chat while listening to some banging Christmas tunes.

Also, as everyone knows, well-being is a lot harder on an empty stomach and so is concentration and productivity, things that the Leaving Certs need in spades at the moment as they face into their frantic, final year in school.

Thanks so much to Amber Flag teachers Ms Loughnane and Ms Coman who spearhead the Ursuline Amber Flag initiative.
