Is it a tree? Is it a house? Tipperary property for sale for surprising price
The unusual property comes to the market between Newport and Birdhill
An unusual property opportunity that takes the concept of bringing the outside in to a new level has come to the market courtesy of REA John Lee in Tipperary.
The property between Newport and Birdhill is well-located with easy access to the M7 but let's just say it needs a lot of work.
The derelict cottage sits on a big 0.5-acre site and according to the seller, "presents an excellent opportunity for a home renovator or builder."
