Three motorists were fined for travelling above the average speed limit allowed on the M7 between Carrigatoher, Nenagh, and Birdhill.
Two of them were fined €300 each. One driver was travelling at an average of 130km/h in the 120km/h zone, while the other was doing an average of 131km/h.
A third motorist was fined €400 after they were clocked doing an average of 154km/h by the average speed cameras on the motorway.
