A planning application has been lodged for a change use of a public house in Tipperary Town.
The applicant John Morrissey is seeking a change use of a public house with overhead accommodation into three two storey terrace houses.
The development address is at the intersection of Church Street, Emmet Street and May Maher Place, Tipperary Town.
The project also includes alterations to the left side elevations (with the communal space) and to replace the existing windows on the building.
A decision by Tipperary County Council is due by June 13.
