A planning application has been lodged for the construction of sixteen houses in Tipperary.
The application includes the construction of sixteen semi-detached, three-bedroom, two-storey houses and eight three-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses, eight two-bedroom apartments over four storeys, new entrance gates and access road to existing holiday homes and associated site works.
Bin An Fheadain Limited has made the application to Tipperary County Council for the development at Castleway, Dublin Road, Nenagh, county Tipperary
The council has until January 23 to make its decision.
