LIVE: Planning application lodged for new homes in this Tipperary town

The development would see two existing commercial buildings changed to residential use
A Tipperary town could be set to get a number of new apartments as a planning application has been lodged.
Three new apartments could be built in Nenagh under plans lodged to Tipperary County Council.
The development would take place on Sarsfield Street in the town, and would see two existing commercial buildings changed to residential use, and amalgamated to create the three new homes.
The development would also see an “extension to front at second floor level and [the] extension of existing properties to rear,” the planning files show.
Tipperary County Council have until April 15 to make their decision.
