'Of course I still want more,' Tipperary's Sharlene Mawdsley in cryptic post-Olympics post

She's going nowhere!
Tipperary Olympian Sharlene Mawdsley has posted a statement on Instagram reflecting on the Olympics.
The Newport AC athlete - whose homecoming will take place this Sunday at Newport Town Park from 6.30pm - took to the social media platform and said: "Upon reflection I am happy and proud of my first Olympic Games. I did everything I could, but of course I still want more (winky face emoji)."
The 26-year-old was on Team Ireland that came fourth in the 4x400m women's relay final at the Paris Olmypics.
The team's remarkable time of 3.19.90 would have been enough for silver in every Olympic final apart from 1988.
The Irish team came so close as Mawdsley's anchor leg came up just short on the line with the Great Britain and Netherlands team pipping her at the line for second and third, as the US team stormed to the gold medal.
Sharlene added: "And just like that, the Olympics have come and gone.
"It’s crazy to think my dream has come true, even with the 101 feelings of highs and lows that come with it.
"Upon reflection I am happy and proud of my first Olympic Games. I did everything I could, but of course I still want more (winky face emoji).
"4th in the women’s in a new national record and narrowly missed out on a medal.
"Split time of 49.14 - proud of this one.
"10th in the mixed.
"Individual: Ended up in the repetage after a PB of 50.71 & a world championship qualifying time for next year
Fell short on qualifying for the semi finals.
"To my family, my friends, and the supporters who came to support me in Paris, thank you so much for always showing me so much love and being there for me no matter what.
"And to those who sent a message of support, it doesn’t go unnoticed and it is so appreciated.
To my coaches and support team, for getting me to Paris in the best shape - thank you."
