PICTURE: Driver pulled over for no seatbelt but it was only the 'tip of the iceberg'
Ah here!
Tipperary Roads Policing Unit patrolling Roscrea on Thursday spotted the driver and passenger of this car (pictured above) not wearing their seat belts but that was only the "tip of the iceberg".
Gardaí added: "When we pulled up, our ANPR alerted for no insurance.
"The learner permit holder driving unaccompanied with no L-Plates had their car seized and a day out in court to follow."
