Planning permission lodged with council for major works at Tipperary creche site

Plans include new car park, entrance, footpath and safety upgrades at Lisvarrinane
A planning application has been submitted to Tipperary County Council for works at Ballycrehane, Lisvarrinane.
The application, lodged by 'Lullabies & Laughter Creche' and prepared by architect Charles McCarthy, was received on May 5, with a decision expected by June 29.
The proposal includes converting a vacant site into a public car park and providing a new entrance with a 2.2-metre high barrier from the access road to Anvil Close.
It also plans for a new footpath linking the proposed car park to the existing creche car park, along with security railings.
In addition, the application seeks permission to alter the existing entrance gate serving the creche car park.
The development is located at Ballycrehane, Lisvarrinane and will now be considered by the local authority as part of the planning process.
