Presentation Senior C Hockey team secure top spot in the Munster league

Congratulations to our Senior C Hockey team, who defeated Mungret at home last Friday to secure top spot in the Munster league.

It was a very exciting game with both sides attacking the circle, but Mairéad Duggan broke the deadlock for Pres Thurles on the stroke of half time.

This ultimately ended up being the match-winning goal. Our defence was solid, and our midfielders played a super game.

Well done to all of the panel, and we wish the girls that are injured a speedy recovery.

Pres Thurles as now the Senior C League champions, and we now progress to the Munster Final!

A big ‘Thank You’ to our tireless coaches, Ms Marie Flanagan and Ms Kora Kerrane.
