SHOCKING! Tipperary motorist fined by gardaí for parking in disabled bay
Who does this?
"It's glass half full rather than empty in our eyes," say Tipperary gardaí.
They added: "Partially blocking a blue badge spot is still blocking the spot for a badge holder. Our Roads Policing Unit patrolling Nenagh earlier issued a €150 fine to the driver.
"Very shortly after we intercepted another car being driven on no insurance, NCT, tax. It was seized and the driver is on the way to court."
