2. Matt Ryan (Upperchurch/Drombane) Part of a back line that conceded just 0-10 against Brackens, Ryan was once again a big part of that effort, keeping every attacker honest who came across his path, while he was a constant in possession for most of the game. A consistent performer.

11. Paul Shanahan (Upperchurch/Drombane) If there was a footballer of the year award going for this club championship, Shanahan would very much be up there as one of the contenders. He was class again for the Church in their massive win over Brackens slotting a vital penalty in the process.

12. Conor Cadell (JK Brackens) No matter who the opposition or the code, Conor Cadell always puts in a minimum of a 7/10 performance, and he was one of the standout players in a disappointing Brackens display last weekend.

13. Liam McGrath (Loughmore Castleiney) McGrath was a big performer for Loughmore in their narrow win over Kilsheelan, kicking his frees well and slotting over 0-2 vital points. His work in general play is always optimal and he is a priceless commodity for Loughmore.

14. Liam Boland (Moyle Rovers) Moyle Rovers only had a single points to spare over Ardfinnan in their quarter-final win, and a big reason for that was the accuracy of Liam Boland at full forward. He scored 0-3 brilliant points from play, while also slotting the same in frees to make up half his teams scores.
