10. Danny Slattery (Clonoulty Rossmore) A busy effort from Slattery meant he pilfered 1-3 from play in the draw with Kiladangan. His goal was finished superbly in the second half and his all-round energy and play was class too.

11. Kian O'Kelly (Kilruane MacDonaghs) Didn’t do much damage on the scoreboard but he was the main ball winner and provider for Kilruane MacDonaghs all game long in the win over Drom & Inch. His ball winning and direct running led to so many scores and he couldn’t be handled at all.

12. Max Hackett (Moycarkey Borris) A man who seems to have benefitted after the time with the Tipp senior hurlers, Hackett was immense for Moycarkey Borris last Saturday. He has added a clinical edge to his game in terms of finishing, hitting 1-4 for his side and he finished his goal excellently.

13. Jamie Ormond (JK Brackens) Ormond has burst onto the scene in his first year at adult level and he was devastating up front in the demolition of Templederry. He has all the hurling in the world and with his eye for a score, and work rate to go with it, it could be a long and fruitful club career for him at the very least.
