10. Colm Fogarty (Lorrha) A young man who has stepped up to the leadership role the club would have touted him for from a young age. While his hurling and scoring ability is well established, he was a constant threat in terms of ball winning ability all year, and his unselfish play totted up nearly as big a score as his own personal tally. A very good player who looks like he isn't far off a call into a Tipp senior set up.

11. Cian Hogan (Lorrha) Hogan was incredibly quiet in the drawn final against Thurles Sarsfields, but as he has done all year when the chips are down in big games, he has produced when Lorrha's need was greatest. He was brilliant in the replay, and his smartness on the ball and scoring from range was a key factor in the function of the Lorrha attack.

12. Tom Stakelum (Killenaule) The early rounds of the championship were fruitful and impressive for Killenaule, and it is no coincidence that Stakelum was in top form during that run of games. He is a huge man, and he was a constant aerial threat for opposition, along with his goal scoring ability, which seen him finish the year with a personal tally of 4-7 from play.

13. Patrick Maher (Lorrha) A man who needs no introduction. While he is far from the one man show of previous incarnations of Lorrha teams, he still made a big contribution all year, and took serious minding such is his atleticism and playmaking. He was a brilliant target all year, and also helped himself to 4-5 from play during the year. A class act.
