From the Presentation Secondary School notes

Last week, all of our TY students had the opportunity to attend barista training.

During the lesson, the students were taught the basics of using the espresso equipment, including the coffee grinder.

The girls were also given an introduction to milk texturing techniques, as well as latté art designing.

Many tasty and artistic coffees were served over the three days! Another exciting week beckons for the TY students as they head to Ballyhass Adventure Centre for three days.
