Tipp drivers warned to avoid this road after icy conditions cause lorry to jackknife

This morning, road users in Clonmel were warned to avoid the Cashel road hill after icy conditions led to a truck being jackknifed and taking up the entire road.

This comes after freezing conditions on Monday night where the road was described as like glass.

An orange weather warning is in place for tonight so caution continues to be urged to all road users.
