Tipperary County Council announce temporary road closure for one month

Tipperary County Council have announced their intention to temporarily close the L-4306 Ballymacaddy to Thomastown in Tipperary.

The road will be closed between 07:30hrs on Tuesday 11 February 2025 to 18:00hrs on Friday 14 March 2025.

The council have suggested the following alternative routes: Traffic to divert using the L-8309 and L-4304.

Local access will be maintained.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate the laying of new water line, to eradicate leakage and water quality issues.
