Tipperary County Council grants permission for 18 new houses in this housing estate

Tipperary County Council has granted planning permission to Singland Homes Ltd to further develop housing in Springford Meadows, Nenagh.

The go-ahead has been given for 18 two-storey residential units, organised into six terraces, consisting of one four-bed dwelling, 10 three-bed dwellings and seven two-bed dwellings, including all ancillary siteworks including car parking, site boundary, drainage and site services.

The application attracted 17 local submissions.
