Tipperary Food Producers Network announces event to celebrate local artisan producers

The Tipperary Food Producers Network has announced that they will host another Long Table Dinner, which will take place on August 16, at the Cashel Palace Hotel.
This unique event will showcase the talents of over 30 local artisan food makers, celebrating their dedication to quality and collaboration.
Organisers of the event say that guests will have the opportunity to savour a delightful three-course meal prepared by Michelin-star chef and Culinary Director of the Cashel Palace, Stephen Hayes.
Each dish will feature the finest locally sourced ingredients, celebrating the rich food heritage of Tipperary.
“We believe that something truly extraordinary occurs when local artisans come together,” said Pat Whelan, Chairman of the Tipperary Food Producers Network.
“The Long Table Dinner is not just an opportunity to taste exceptional food; it’s a celebration of the collaborative spirit that defines our network. We invite everyone to join us in this celebration of community and craftsmanship.”
