Tipperary gardaí find dog and puppies in 'deplorable conditions' after complaint
So sad!
On foot of a complaint by a member of the public, a lovely German Shepherd (pictured below) and her nine beautiful pups were discovered in deplorable conditions in Thurles.
With the assistance of an animal welfare charity, they were seized by gardaí and an investigation is ongoing.
Gardaí asked: "Prospective garda dogs?"
