Tipperary gardaí stop driver blocking traffic and discover way more to the story

Gardaí in Tipperary have impounded a car that was blocking traffic.

They said on social media over the weekend that, while out on patrol, the traffic unit spotted a vehicle in the middle of the road.

The guards spoke to the driver and discovered they had no insurance, NCT and no tax. The motorist was also driving on a worn space saver tyre.

The driver will appear in court they said.
