6. Ronan Maher Rating: 6/10 Maher didn't have a bad game by any means, using any possession he had well while sitting back and minding the house. Didn't produce his influential best but there is little doubt he will when the chips are down in six weeks time.

7. Brian McGrath Rating: 5/10 Withdrew in the first half which was described as a precautionary measure by Liam Cahill post-match. Hit a lovely point and struggled at times with Donal Burke starting on his wing. Has plenty to offer if he can get a clean bill of health.

8. Conor Stakelum Rating: 5/10 Not at his best and does seem to still be carrying an injury, which Cahill acknowledged after the match. He was withdrawn at half time and will likely be rested until knockout league if Tipp make it to the semi-finals.

9. Dan McCormack Rating: 7/10 Had a very good game all told. McCormack is a dog around the middle and gets through a serious amount work, drawing a number of his obligatory fouls while just generally used the ball well every time he got it. Whether it's from the start or coming on during games, he will be important for Tipp this year.
