10. Alan Tynan Rating: 6/10 While the ball didn't quite fall for him like it did against Kilkenny, one thing Tynan continues to do is apply himself for the full match as he put in another tireless effort here. He is ultra positive on the ball and looked to carry possession regularly. He delivered the ball in for Conor Bowe's goal and scored a lovely second half point, but wasn't really prominent in the game. Encouraging though.

11. Gearoid O'Connor Rating: 6/10 Like Tynan, O'Connor had bursts of good play in the game, and maybe it was the pedestrian nature and stop-start feature of the game, but he didn't get involved as much as he can, despite scoring two well taken first half points in quick succession.

12. Seamus Kennedy Rating: 7/10 Kennedy was part of a hard working effort from the half forward line, and with his shooting becoming incredibly reliable for a man who has plied his trade in the backs for so long, he looks like a nailed on starter at number 10 come championship. Hit 0-2 in the game from distance, and like Tynan, he put in a big shift.

13. Jason Forde Rating: 7/10 Forde had a mediocre game by his own standards and his free taking wasn't at the usual level with associate with the Silvermines man, but he worked his socks off again and hit his obligatory points from play. Again, we know what he is capable of and the nature of the game meant he didn't need to be firing on all cylinders.
