4. Ronan Maher Rating: 6/10 Probably one of the few Tipp players who came out of the match with some credit, Maher was decent in the second half when Tipp were chasing the game, scoring a lovely couple of points in that time.
2.
3. Michael Breen Rating: 4/10 As tough a day as Breen has had all year. Had a torrid day trying to curtail young Patrick Fitzgerald who had the Ballina man on toast in the first half. Nothing went right for him, even in possession where he was very wasteful.
3.
23. Brian McGrath Rating: 5/10 Scored a lovely first half point but he was part of a back line which was at sixes and sevens for so much of the game. Suffered a nasty looking injury in the second half.
4.
8. Dan McCormack Rating: 6/10 After his display on Gearoid Hegarty the previous week, the Borris-Ileigh man was tasked with picking up Stephen Bennett and kept him relatively quiet in the first half. Bennett was more prominent in the second half but overall, McCormack did his job.
