Tipperary woman completes her 100th milestone parkrun in local woods!

Congratulations to Cheryl Hayes who completed her 100th milestone parkrun at the Knocknacree Woods last Saturday.

The Knocknacree Woods parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30am in the scenic Knocknacree Woods.

Parkruns are free, weekly community events and they offer a positive welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last.

New participants are very welcome to walk, jog or run the 5km route.
