Unique story telling show to be held in Clonmel

Clonmel World Music Presents Clonmel Story Slam  in Moynihan's on Thursday June 1.

Gerry Lawless, and Clonmel World Music, is delighted to present a unique local storytelling collective, called “Clonmel Story Slam”.

This show has been put together by local builder, sheep farmer, storyteller and poet Joe Whelan ! The format of the Story Slam is to get eight local storytellers to each tell a true story against the clock, with no notes  ! It is great fun, and all of the storytellers will not have got up on stage before to tell their stories.

Special guest during the show will be Panie Bartley, who is a well know singer and raconteur from Faugheen, near Carrick On Suir.

Story Slam was performed for Clonmel World Music in  February 2023 and in September 2019, to Sold Out audiences

Tickets are on Sale Now, from www.clonmelworldmusic.com, or direct from Gerry Lawless, on 086-338 9619
