Ursuline students raise more than €1,800 for the Dillon Quirke Foundation

On Thursday, March 16 the Ursuline held a club jersey day in aid of the Dillon Quirke Foundation.

There was also the final of the Puck Fáda competition, which had been taking place in the weeks previously.

Students donated money towards wearing their jerseys and also towards trying their hand at the long puck.

A total of €1,820 euro was collected between both endeavours. Everyone was delighted to be able to give towards this worthy cause, close to the hearts of many students and staff in the School.

Many thanks to the School Charities Committee for their work in organising the day and to Ms Hogan, Ms Stakelum and Ms Egan who were very much.
