We had a great day today in Thurles Racecourse.

Thanks to the Moloney family as always for supporting the Fun Run.

Thanks also to the Thurles Order of Malta for helping out as they have for the past 10 years. The boys were their usual well behaved self'sand enjoyed the chance to take part in the 8k walk.

We had races for each year group and Mr O’Donnell joined the boys in the senior race.

Fair play to Mr O’Donnell for leading the way with the boys and promoting a healthy active lifestyle. Elys Centra supplied water and bananas for the boys. Star Systems supplied the PA, and Mr Martin Maher took on the role of DJ for the day.

Thanks so much to all the boys for making this our biggest Fun Run yet, with over 450 jerseys ordered sporting the Dillon Quirke Foundation logo.

We look forward to our Awards night later in the year when we will make a presentation to the Quirke family from the boys.
