The largest grant in County Tipperary, €18,000, will breathe new life into the old Courthouse in Mullinahone. Thurles Cathedral is set to receive €14,000 for a much-needed new roof, while the Catholic Churches in Cashel and Clonoulty are awarded €10,000 and €7,000. In Cashel, major restoration is underway, including a new roof and vital waterproofing, with the parish bravely taking on €250,000 in debt for these works and for painting the church in Rosegreen. Fundraising efforts to support these expenses are ongoing, including events like the St Brigid’s Day Tea party in Halla na Féile on February 1.

Boherlahan will receive €9,000, and the Wellington Memorial near Kilcooley is granted €10,000.
