Head for the hills: Nenagh Walking Club has a number of events lined up over coming week

Nenagh Walking Club continues its walks every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with the odd pop-up extra on Saturdays.

This Tuesday, August 8, Caitriona led a walk along the Pollagh trail in Birdhill while enjoying the art displays along the way.

This Thursday, August 10, Donie will lead a walk on the Benard loop, Anglesboro’, county Limerick. This will be a 4.5 hour trail on road and forest tracks.

On Sunday, August 13, Mary will lead a social scenic walk in Mount St Joseph’s Abbey, Roscrea.

This will be flat walk on gravel and grassy paths and runners will be sufficient. Registration and further details from Mary on 087-2235267.
