LATEST: Travelling today? These Tipperary roads still face delays on day four of protests

Petrol stations throughout Tipperary are running out of fuel as protests continue
It's Friday morning and we are now into day four of fuel protests around the country. The Government is expected to meet with protest organisers later today to consider measures to ease fuel costs.
Thursday saw many petrol stations throughout Tipperary run out of fuel entirely, with few left in the county today that are stocked up in both petrol and diesel.
In Tipperary, a number of roads are still affected by blockades, slow-moving convoys, and demonstrations. If you are travelling today, please bear in mind that many petrol stations are now without fuel and the following roads are still affected by protests:
- Between J6 (N62) Thurles (2 kilometres south of the Littleton area) and J9 (N74) Cashel (South) (near Cashel).
- Between J9 (N74) Cashel (South) and J7 Cashel (North) (near Cashel).
For those travelling across the border into Limerick today, the following roads are affected:
- Between J28 Castletroy (near Annacotty) and J29 (N24) Ballysimon (Limerick).
- Between J30 M7/N18/M20 (Limerick) and J28 Castletroy (near Annacotty).
- Between J4 Patrickswell and J3 Raheen (near Patrickswell).
