Nenagh Municipal District Council has been asked by district Cathaoirleach Cllr Hughie McGrath to examine a trench that was dug between the Tesco roundabout and the Borrisokane roundabout to facilitate natural gas coming to Nenagh.

“The trench is deteriorating and might not be safe for cyclists,” he told the council’s December meeting.
