Nenagh councillor calls for electric scooter users to undertake training

A call for people using electric scooters to have training on them before being allowed out in public has been made by Cllr John Carroll.

“People are using these scooters on the footpaths and it is hard to see them in the dark as the lights are near the ground,” he told the February meeting of Nenagh Municipal District Council.
