Nenagh gardaí urge householders to keep valuables out of sight following burglaries

The gardaí in Tipperary are reminding the public to avoid leaving large sums of money or valuables around their house where it could be easily found and taken.

The alert comes following two separate burglaries in Roscrea and Borrisokane.

The gardaí in Roscrea are investigating a burglary in which entry was gained through a rear house window and cash and jewellery were taken.

The gardaí in Borrisokane are investigating a separate daytime burglary in which cash and jewellery were also taken.
