2. Cathal Barrett Rating: 7/10 Very assured once again when the ball was there to be won, while his play in possession was classy as usual. A massive player going into championship.
2.
3. James Quigley Rating: 7/10 Quigley has hardly put a foot wrong in his appearances to date, other than a tough battle against Mikey Kiely the last day out. It keeps being said here that the best sign of a full back is the lack of talk about their performance, and Quigley has earned his start for championship. If he could solidify his place in the number 3 jersey it would be a massive fillip for Tipp going forward.

4. Craig Morgan Rating: 7/10 Another solid outing from Morgan will now surely see him start against Waterford on Easter Sunday. On a few occasions Ciaran Clarke and Sean Elliott got around him in possession, but Morgan's recovery pace bailed him out. If he learns to be a bit more street wise he will more than hold his own.

7. Seamus Kennedy Rating: 7/10 Kennedy had an eventful game, first scoring a beautiful goal in the first half before being black carded for a tackle on Conor McCann in the small square. He had a solid outing and the possession game suits him. Wing back is definitely his best position.
