6. Ronan Maher Rating: 6/10 A very underwhelming performance from a player of which so much is expected. Didn't offer any protection to the full back line for the goals conceded in the first half, and wasn't influential in possession. Came into it more in the second half but by then, it was too late.

7. Seamus Kennedy Rating: 7/10 Strangely enough, Kennedy wasn't in the game to any great degree, but anytime the ball came near Tony Kelly he was on top of the Ballyea man. Kept him very quiet and that is no mean feat.

8. Dan McCormack Rating: 5/10 Completely anonymous in his time on the field, and was part of a midfield which were easily bested by Cathal Malone and Ryan Taylor. His lack of form is a real worry as many supporters would have been looking for McCormack to set the tone in terms of energy and application.

9. Barry Heffernan Rating: 6/10 Heffernan put in a lot of effort in the game, but midfield just doesn't seem to suit the Nenagh man. He is a victim of a lack of clear options for midfield and is surely wasted there, with wing back being where he has done his best work in a Tipp jersey.
