ON THE ROAD: Tipperary gardaí seize vehicle following drink driving arrest

Tipperary roads policing unit intercepted the car for insurance, NCT and seatbelt offences
On Sunday evening (May 10), An Garda Síochána Tipperary posted an update on their Facebook page that they had intercepted a car earlier that day whilst out on patrol in Cashel.
The car was stopped on insurance, NCT and seatbelt offences, however, the driver was then arrested on suspicion of Drink Driving after failing a road side breath test.
The Gardaí shared that checks on the roadside also showed the driver had a number of Warrants for arrest.
The vehicle was seized and the driver is due before the court.
