Paddy Cole to headline Nenagh Castle Fest

The countdown has started to this year's Castle Fest at the end of the month. The new festival is a rebranding of the popular People's Picnic, which has been held in Nenagh Castle field for the past number of years. As usual, there will be plenty of music, with, among others, Paddy Cole, Keith and Lorraine McDonald and Trudi Lawlor, as well as food stalls, a mobile pet farm, castle tours and a jumpathon in aid of Nenagh Special Summer Camp. The fun starts on Saturday, August 27, at 1pm and runs to 5pm.
