Tipperary sauna business opens third waterside location
Tipperary business Ritual Sauna & Coffee open their newest location this week
Ritual Sauna & Coffee, the Tipperary business founded by friends Cronan Gleeson and Dexter Cottam, has this week opened its third location, with a new site set to be up and running this weekend Killaloe, County Clare. This is following on from the recently opened ‘floating sauna’ in Kilrush earlier this year.
The business began in May 2024, when the lifelong friends opened Ritual in Dromineer, Tipperary. Born from shared passions, years of friendship and a love of bringing people together, the lakeside wellness and social space has gone from strength to strength. People now flock there daily for a refreshing dip, all year round.
The impact has reached well beyond the sauna itself. Dromineer, a village that had been growing quieter in recent years, now enjoys a steady stream of visitors, and the recent addition of new toilet and changing facilities has given it a further lift.
Presumably encouraged by their success in Dromineer, Ritual has now taken its model across the Shannon to Clare.
