€75m Maynooth residential project given planning extension by Kildare County Council

Earlier this week, Kildare County Council made the decision to grant extension of duration planning permission to Cairn Homes PLC for this project. (Plan Ref 221469)

This huge project consists of planning that allows for the mixed use development of 462 no. dwellings.

Works began on the construction of Units 1-41 Meadow View (41 Units in total) at Mariavilla, Moyglare Road & Dunboyne Road Maynooth, Co. Kildare on September 21, 2022.
