Green light to convert butcher's shop into pizzeria

An Bord Pleanála has upheld Offaly County Council’s decision to grant planning permission for a change of use of an outlet in Edenderry.

The permission relates for the change of use from a butcher's shop on JKL Street to a pizza and fast food takeaway.

All associated site works have also been approved. 

The floor area of the new development will be 128 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the project is over €150,000
