KILDARE: 24 patients are on trolleys in Naas Hospital today

Two dozen patients were admitted to Naas Hospital today without a bed being immediately available.
This means it is the joint second most overcrowded hospital in the eastern region, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
At Portlaoise Hospital there are five people trolleys while there is not a single patient on a trolley at Tullamore Hospital.
