KILDARE ANIMALS IN NEED: Friendly collie ‘Hazel’ looking for a home

HAZEL is a lovely one year old friendly Collie who is full of energy and delights in all kinds of interaction.

She will walk wonderfully and for as long and far as she’s taken.

She is our champion ball catcher.

Extremely playful and very affectionate, Hazel will make a wonderful family pet.

She will soon be spayed, is microchipped (972274200487692), has been vaccinated and treated for worms and fleas.

If you have an interest in adopting Hazel, please visit our website www.kwwspca.ie and complete the ‘Expression of Interest Form’ in the Adopt a Dog section.

This week we re-homed three lovely pups that came into our care before Christmas.

Since the beginning of January, we have taken in eleven more pups.

The first litter of five were found dumped in a cardboard box on the side of the road.

They are about 8 weeks old and have received veterinary attention.

We would love to find a suitable foster home for them, or indeed several foster homes as they can now be separated.

If you can help, please call us on 087 1279835 to discuss.

All food and equipment will be provided by us.

The second litter of six beautiful Pointer cross puppies will be ready for adoption at the end of January, and their photos can be seen on our website.

The three male and three females are about eight weeks old.

They are sweet, playful pups who will make wonderful family members for active families.
